Sam Kim is a legal research student at Hansell llp, assisting with all research matters relating to corporate governance. He is currently a J.D. candidate at the University of Toronto in the class of 2017. Prior to law school, Sam obtained a B.A. (Honours) from the University of Toronto in Criminology and Sociology. During his post-secondary studies, he has worked as a research assistant for several professors in both legal and non-legal academic fields.
In addition to his role at Hansell llp, Sam is an on-call research assistant for the Bora Laskin Law Library at the University of Toronto. He is also the Governance Consultant for the Nyantende Foundation, a charitable corporation which fundraises school enrolment fees for students in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
