We have extensive experience applying our data analytics techniques on behalf of our clients, including assisting boards and management teams by:

  • providing a more comprehensive assessment of the company’s corporate governance practices and comparative information to inform board and stakeholder engagement activities;

Our comprehensive database provides structured and standardized corporate governance data going back over 20 years. We annually profile over 0+ companies, including TSX-listed companies and Crown corporations. The data is gathered from publicly available information and is managed internally to ensure that the information is standardized, comparable and reliable.

We are also often engaged by our clients to conduct a benchmarking exercise of their governance practices relative to their peers. This approach allows us to provide observations, and where appropriate, suggestions on governance approaches.
