Hemant Sud is a Senior Governance Analyst at Hansell LLP and Hansell McLaughlin Advisory. His work focuses on board evaluations and providing expert, independent guidance to boards in identifying opportunities to enhance their effectiveness.
Hemant has in-depth analytical and capital markets experience combined with a thorough knowledge of Canadian boards and corporate governance practices. Prior to joining Hansell McLaughlin Advisory, Hemant worked as a Consulting Associate for Global Governance Advisors where he helped clients tackle issues relating to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, compensation, investor relations as well as risk mitigation matters to improve overall organizational effectiveness both at the board and management level.
Hemant graduated from McMaster University with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Finance and is currently enrolled as a CFA Level III candidate.
