Himani Trivedi is an Associate at Hansell LLP. She obtained her J.D. from Western University in conjunction with an honours B.A. in business administration from the Ivey Business School, where she graduated on the Dean’s List, through the H.B.A./J.D. dual degree program.
At the Ivey Business School, Himani was a research assistant on a project tracking political influence over federal rule-making in the U.S. and drafted a research paper with Professor Nadine de Gannes commenting on the evolution of the role of the shareholder in Canadian corporate governance.
During her time in law school, Himani co-founded her law school’s first online newspaper and was Vice-President Administration of the Student Legal Society.
Himani completed her summer and articles at a corporate transactional law firm and was called to the Bar in Ontario.
Himani is an involved member of her community and brings a diverse perspective to her work.
