Natalie Duboc is an Associate at Hansell LLP. She works on various legal issues affecting public and private companies, regulatory agencies and Crown corporations. She also assists with conducting governance reviews to identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and overall board effectiveness. Natalie joined the firm as a summer student. She was called to the Bar in Ontario.
She obtained her J.D. from Western University with a concentration in business law. During her time in law school, Natalie was a mediation and negotiation intern at Western’s Dispute Resolution Centre where she earned her certificate in alternative dispute resolution. She also volunteered as an Appeals Board Member at the University Students’ Council and as a Project Member with Pro Bono Students Canada.
Natalie obtained a B.A. marine affairs from the University of Miami.
